MASON JAR TURKEY COBB SALAD

Prepping it all in advance makes this a great lunch option to grab as you run out the door. When it’s time to eat, shake it all up and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
2 Cup Romaine lettuce (roughly chopped)
1 Cup LEFTOVER TURKEY BREAST
1/2 lb PRE-COOKED TURKEY BACON (roughly chopped)
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1/2 Cup Pickled Red Onions (or half that amount of fresh red onions)
1 Avocado (halved and chopped)
4 Hard Boiled Eggs (halved and quartered)
1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinaigrette
1/4 Cup Blue Cheese (crumbled)
4 32oz Mason Jars with lids
DIRECTIONS
With all of the ingredients prepped, set up the four mason jars on your kitchen counter.
Fill the bottom of each jar with 2 tbsp of red wine vinaigrette.
Add ingredients to each jar in the following order: chopped avocado, turkey, cherry tomatoes, turkey bacon, eggs, pickled onions and blue cheese.
Top each off with a handful of lettuce, and seal with the lid.
Refrigerate until ready to go and don’t forget your reusable salad fork!
When ready to eat, give the jar a good shake so everything is combined.
