TURKEY BENTO BOXES

GREEK INSPIRED BENTO BOX
2 oz. Smoked Turkey Breast
2 oz. Cucumber spears (cut into small lengths)
2 oz. Cubed Watermelon, lightly pressed with a paper towel to remove some moisture
2 oz. Tzatziki sauce
1 oz. Feta chunks
2 oz. Pita chips
2 tbsp. Honey roasted almonds
Place all the ingredients into your favorite Bento Box. Remember to keep the items chilled until ready to eat.
ASIAN INSPIRED BENTO BOX
3 oz. Smoked Turkey Breast
2 oz. Wasabi mayonnaise
1 oz. Pea shoots
1 oz. Radish sprouts
1 tsp. Togarashi (optional)
1 oz. Havarti cheese, cubed
1 oz. Thinly sliced radishes
2 oz. Black sesame rice crackers
2 ea. Clementines, cut into wedges
Lay turkey slices on flat surface. Sprinkle with togarashi (optional) and spread with 1 teaspoon wasabi mayonnaise.
Add pea shoots and sprouts; roll turkey slices up. Sprinkle outside of turkey roll with togarashi.
Place the rolled up turkey slices, Havarti cheese, radishes, rice crackers and clementines in your favorite Bento Box. Remember to keep the box chilled until ready to eat.
PROTEIN BOOSTER BENTO BOX
Roll up 2 ounces of deli turkey and your favorite slices of cheddar cheese. Pair with a small handful of whole-grain crackers, a hard-boiled egg and a side of fresh fruit or veggies. Place everything in your favorite Bento Box and enjoy when you need some extra protein to make it through the day.
